Negativity.. It can only affect you if you’re on the same frequency, vibrate higher.

Hello beautiful people!

I am back with a new post all about how to raise your vibration!


The Law of Vibration serves as a foundation for the Law of Attraction.

Law of Vibration states that everything that exists in this Universe vibrates, everything is vibrating at one speed or another. Everything we see around us is vibrating at one frequency or another, including us.

Our vibrating frequency is different from other things which is why it seems like we are separated from what we see around us; other people, even plants, animals, & trees. In fact we aren’t separated at all.. We are living in an ocean of energy. We are all connected.

Your emotions & feelings must align with what you are wishing for. 

In order to manifest, your vibration frequency has to match the things you want to manifest. If you are in a low vibration you will have trouble manifesting the things you want in your life. 

I am here to provide you with some easy ways to keep your vibrations way up & start seeing your manifestations become a reality!

#1. Meditate/Practice Mindfulness.

Meditation is a key component to raising your vibration. If you do not know how to meditate there’s a ton of Youtube videos you can watch to guide you. I will link my favorite one down below. 

Take 5-10 minutes of your day & disconnect from the world. Put your phone down, turn off your computer, be completely present. Take this time for you.

Focus on your breathing & just relax.

Your mind may start to wonder into different things but that’s okay, bring it back. Center yourself. When you’re done take note of how your body feels, take note of your thought & emotions. That’s it. It’s that simple. No it may not come easy but keep working on it & the results will come.

#2. Drink Water.

Ensure that you are drinking enough water. Water gets rid of the toxicity in our bodies. Toxicity makes an impact on your vibration.  

I personally love water, can never get enough of it. I feel my body & soul cleansing itself when I drink it. 

If you don’t like water try adding some lemon or strawberries in it!

#3. Be Grateful.

Practicing gratitude shifts our vibrations from the focus of the things we don’t have to the things we do have.

There is more to be grateful for than you can possibly imagine!

Try making a gratitude list. Open the notes app on your phone or grab a piece of paper & list 5 items of things you are grateful for. 

Every night I take 30 seconds & declare what I am grateful for that day. Instantly raises my vibration.

#4. Move Your Body.

Vibration requires movement! The more your move the better your vibrations will move too!

I’m not saying to go for a 5k mile run because I don’t even do that myself lol but do anything to get your blood pumping.

Blast some music & dance around your room. Get your energy high, get your vibration frequency high!

#5. Notice The Beauty Around You.

More often than not we walk around with tunnel vision. We forget to take notice of all the beauty that surrounds us.

Stop for a minute & take that time to acknowledge the perfect untouched blanket of snow on the ground, the beautiful mixture of purples, oranges, & blues that form in the sky when the sun is setting.

Every morning when I leave for work I stop outside of my door, breathe in deeply, & appreciate the beauty of the calm & stillness of my surroundings. This really helps me begin my day on the right foot.

#6. Do Something You Love!

We get so caught up in our daily lives that we don’t take out enough time to enjoy the things we love to do.

It’s more than okay to take a break & indulge in the things that make us happy to be alive. This is necessary. 

When we stay away from the things we love our energy & vibration lowers.

Take some time to read a chapter of a book if you’re a bookworm. Take some time to try out that new makeup that’s been sitting in your drawer if you’re a makeup junkie. Take some time to try out that new recipe if you’re a lover of the kitchen. 

Don’t neglect doing the things that make you happy!

#7. Learn To Say No.

It’s okay to say no. Say no to things & people that drain your energy. Say no to things that compromise your peace. 

Protect your peace, conserve your energy, raise your vibration!

#8. Declutter!

Declutter your space, your mind, your life.

Get rid of anything & anyone that doesn’t nourish your soul.

If it no longer serves you, get rid of it. Simple as that.

#9. Compliment Someone.

How good does it feel when some takes the time to compliment you? Amazing right? A compliment can instantly lift our mood!

Complimenting someone can have the same effect on them!

Next time you’re waiting in line at Dunkin Donuts compliment the lady in front of her on her cute shoes. You might just make her whole day!


#10. Be Conscious Of Your Thoughts.

Thoughts become things, choose the good ones.

We know that the base of the Law of Attraction is that whatever we think with our minds we put into our reality. 

It is hard to train our mind to think only positive thoughts but it is not impossible. 

When a negative thought comes to mind dismiss it & replace it with something positive. Keep working at it until it becomes second nature.

It makes the world of a difference & this too is another key component to raising those vibrations!
